Document Workspace

A Web site based on the Document Workspace template that workspace members use for discussing, editing, and working together on a document.

Document Window

It typically display the main canvases and work areas of the application where most data entry, and data retrieval is performed. It always remains within the application window frame.

Dialog Box Launcher

The arrow is called a Dialog Box Launcher. If you click it, you'll see more options related to that group. Those options will often appear in the form of a dialog box that you may recognize from a previous version of Word. Or they may appear in a familiar-looking task pane.

Default Settings

Standard settings for a command or option that are predetermined by the computer, but can be changed by the user.

Clipboard

The clipboard is a software facility that can be used for short-term data storage and/or data transfer between documents or applications, via copy and paste operations.
