Repetitive strain Injury (RSI)

Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is a condition that occurs due to activities that require repeated movements, such as use of computer keyboards, or musical instruments, or tools. It is also known as Occupational Overuse Syndrome and Work Related Upper Limb Disorder. RSI usually affects nerves, muscles and tendons in hands and arms.
